this license does not apply to any sap crm solution or crm extension that is sold separately by sap or third parties. any right, license or entitlement you may have to access these solutions and extensions (including the right to use, download and/or install the trial software) must be separately and distinctly granted by sap or the respective supplier.
the trial period will end on the termination date specified in the purchase order or on the purchase order anniversary date, whichever is earlier. licensee will not be given notice that the trial period has expired prior to the termination date and licensee will not have the right to continue using the trial software after the trial period has expired.
licensee hereby agrees to abide by the license terms specified herein and to comply with the provisions set forth in this agreement and licensee agrees to be responsible for and to take such action as is reasonably necessary for licensee to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. such action shall include (i) the licensee’s provision of all information necessary for sap to conduct a valid audit pursuant to section 10 of this agreement; and (ii) the licensee’s provision of all documentation reasonably requested by sap to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. licensee shall agree to pay all reasonable costs to sap for audits and all reasonable costs for compliance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of florida and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state of florida.
any rights granted under this agreement are not transferable. nothing in this agreement gives you any rights to use the trial software or service other than those expressly granted to you in this agreement. any rights not expressly granted under this agreement are reserved by sap.
sap warrants that: the trial software, including all modifications and enhancements thereto, will run on a product as specified by the trial software (the „product”); and the trial software (including the product) and any updates to the trial software will be provided by sap on a current or „timely” basis as described in any materials provided by sap to licensee prior to, or after, licensee’s execution and acceptance of this agreement.
licensee acknowledges that if it is using the trial software to provide services to third parties that it does so at its own risk and that any such use may contravene applicable law. licensee is also aware that if it is using the trial software for the purposes specified in this agreement and does not use the trial software as required or permitted by this agreement, licensee will be liable for any and all direct damages, incidental damages, lost profits, and remedies available under applicable law in lieu of any injunctive remedies, other equitable relief or at law.
in sap, every user creates a user profile. the user profile includes all the personal information that you share with sap. your responsibilities include accepting the terms and conditions for your sap software. once you accept them, you will have to log in to the website and follow the process to complete the installation. to provide details, you will be required to give your personal information such as your name, address, and email address. the info that you provide here will be kept secure, and it will not be shared with anyone else. you need not make changes to the privacy policy as the trial is a demo of the product. you will not be charged for this demo. the price of the product you decide to purchase can be seen in the sign in area.
