    Hi there! My name is Dale, and I’m the music composer, producer, sound designer, and all around nerd behind this game. I made the game’s music, as well as most of the sound effects, including the theme song, which I composed. You may recognize some of my past works from previous projects.

    This is my first full-fledged soundtrack for a video game! I had previously made (albeit somewhat episodic) soundtracks for StoryCorps, a radio drama series. However, my first genuine credit-worthy piece of work, and first of its magnitude, is the Executive Assault – Soundtrack. I made this soundtrack after churning out a lot of sound design for the Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet game, and eventually repurposed those and the deadline pressures into an actual composition!

I know I didn’t make a good splash screen, but I couldn’t do anything about it. I knew I wanted to make a game that the world felt like a living place, so the background had a certain one. But it was too boring and blurry. So I used the Nintendo Logo instead of the world picture. I was regretful because it looked way too similar to the main character of Koihime Enbu. But then I found an interesting game. It was called ‘Minecraft’, and was developed by Swedish company Mojang. It was an indie game. I’m not sure how long they were developing, and eventually it was an almost perfect indie game. But it didn’t have a plot, and I didn’t have the time to make one myself. So the game became very similar to a single-player RPG. What I decided to do was make a 2D indie game. The background of the game would be very similar to Minecraft. For a while I was in a thought bubble, trying to make a good design. It took me a long time, and I was actually close to giving up. But at last I decided to give it a try. I started from the smallest stuff, and built on it. I designed a few things that I thought would look great together. I then decided to make an RPG, and decided to use the Nintendo Character designs.
