Story
The Old-school RPG has been around for quite some time. The most well-known game of this type of game is the Nintendo’s series Legend of Zelda, and almost every other series of JRPGs are based on this game style. As expected of a true Legend of Zelda fan, Old School: Eureka Chronicles does not disappoint on the story front, and if you did not read in the title, Eureka is the true protagonist of this RPG. This is a story about a man with an iron-clad conviction. He was falsely accused of murder and sentenced to life in prison for no apparent reason. Then he is wrongly re-categorized as a criminal and sent to a large, unknown fortress, then something catches his eye, and he sees his chance to escape. After that, it’s trial and error, testing his conscience, and dealing with his newfound power.
It’s a story about a guy who is wrongly imprisoned and treated unfairly, but before him, there is Eureka. Eureka is a young man who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. He does not want to be captured and tortured, so he fights as a rogue to protect himself. Thus begins the tale of him and the rest of the new Old-school RPG group.
