In the late 1990s, Autodesk released a new version of AutoCAD called AutoCAD R14, which included tools and features for use with three-dimensional (3D) modeling. 3D model format support

Extract the BIN and EXE.

Copy the „dc_and_globe.bin” and „dc_and_globe.exe” files to the location that you want them to be installed.
